This photo was taken in Lathrop, CA where Henry was onsite observing the fabrication of precast concrete bridge girders for the US 395 North Valleys Project. Henry’s role is to inspect the concrete reinforcement and pre-stress cables as well as observe the concrete pours. Once complete, the girders are transported to the jobsite where they will be installed. In this photo Henry is assisting with loading and tracking the girder shipment.
