Pyramid Way/McCarran Boulevard Intersection Improvement Project BEGINS SOON

CME was recently selected for Construction Management (CM) Services on the Pyramid/McCarran Intersection Improvement project. CME will be helping the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) manage all construction activities and documentation on the upcoming project.

Construction is scheduled to being in early spring 2016.

The scope of this project is to widen Pyramid Way from two lanes to three lanes in each direction from a reconfigured Queen Way on the north leg to Tyler Way on the south leg. McCarran Boulevard will remain two lanes in each direction. Operational improvements include adding additional turn lanes to accommodate the eastbound to northbound and westbound to southbound movements combined with free right turn lanes. The RTC is in cooperation with the Federal Highway Administration and the Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) on this project.
